Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent after your order is shipped.

3. International Shipping:

  • We ship to select countries outside Denmark.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking:
 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s status.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages:
 If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Shylobstergallery@gmail.com within 14 days. We will investigate and provide a resolution.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items

3. Return Process:

  1. Contact us at shylobstergallery@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Ship the item back to Griffenfeldsgade 3, 4. 47.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
 We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
